Lauren Reitmeier is the newest provider at Heart of Texas Pediatrics, joining as a Pediatric Nurse
Practitioner in 2021. She grew up in Dallas, but has lived in Waco since attending Baylor University,
where she graduated with a BA in History in 2007 and a BSN in 2011. Lauren completed her post-
graduate studies at the University of Texas at Arlington from which she graduated with a Master of
Science in Nursing in August 2021. She has been married to her husband, Mark, for 14 years, and they
have a 7 year old daughter and 9 year old son. Lauren enjoys reading, cheering for her kids at their
sporting events, volunteering, and supporting the Baylor Bears. Sic’ em!
